You can download a toolbar for IE called hollybar, and it basically a runners add-on which lets you download straight from your Garmin into your fetcheveryone.com training log or into Gmaps Pedometer mapping site.
download from here....

and click on the old hollybar.
(There is a new runsaturday toolbar aswell, but I think it is still in trials stage.)
saves adding training runs manually + it is free !

| That's all right for you technobods but what about those who map their routes the traditional way .... map and sextant, trail of breadcrumbs, yellow ribbon round an old oak tree etc etc |
