Following discussions at the AGM about organising our Club Training nights better, to ensure novice runners are looked after, to organise better groups of runners, organise a warm-up prior to the run, etc. it was agreed to hold another Coaches Meeting.

However, this is not just a Coach-led issue, and should be led by the members, the Coaches, the Committee, and the Club Captains.

To this end, and to start the ball rolling I have dabbled with a simple 10 question online survey, to get some feedback. This should be a pop-up from the main website (but you may have pop-ups disabled)

I have put the link on the main page, aswell as below.

Karl - some of your questions dont work eg q 6 and 7. There needs to be a no thanks to either choice otherwise the results are skewed and the answer options to one of the questions doesnt make sense. I cant get back in otherwise Id paste.

yep, see where you are coming from (I said I was only dabbling) I will add a no into both and also change them so they can be left blank

There have been 27 replies to this online survey so far. Thanks. Some of the comments are "interesting" to say the least.

I will be publishing only the questions results once we hit 30 ish replies.

Meeting to start the process of organising the club nights will be on

10th December 7.30pm at Clive's house, Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh.

All club members (who want to help) are invited aswell as Coaches / Leaders.
