A few of us will be running the Benfleet Ultra course this Sunday, meeting at Rawreth lane car park at 07:30. Lorri will be driving the course and stopping every couple of miles, so drinks etc can be left in the car and should anyone need to pull out there will be transport back.

We made need somebody else to drive to start if we have more than 4 runners, I will then take them to collect their car after the run.

Andy, if is still ok I would like a space, so I can get to the point in my head I'm happy with which is 20 as my longest Run b4 hastings.[/i][/b]

If you need another driver, send me a PM, I don't think I have anything planned Sunday except getting over from watching the rugby Saturday.

Don't thing I would be up to running that far yet :blackeye:

Really hoping to do this, but still sufferring with the man-flu so not sure I will be up to it come Sunday morning. Real shame as, like MikeS it will be the last long one before Hastings
