Congratulations to all the Benfleet runners men and women. Brilliant result on Sunday. A full report giving credit to all the outstanding men and women will be in Friday's echo.

Well done all Benfleet runners you done yourself and the club proud. As a marshall on the day, what an awesome show of strength seeing as only the selected few represented us, what can we achieve with a few more backing the club at the next race.
An excellent turn out right across the board, lets hope we can keep this superb initial result going and win the next event too. After last years results for the men lets prove what Benfleet can do, as for the ladies, you are the best.
We are the club to beat.
