As we are getting some of the Junior Club ready for the first Essex Cross Country Race on 11th October, we will be taking a few of them over the Downs again on Saturday 4th October. 9.30am meeting at Benfleet Station Car Park.
Distance won't be very far, and will be interval training with them across the Downs. It is all we can do to keep up with them !

If any of the adult members want to join us/help us you will be more than welcome.
