i pulled my right hip flexor doing a 200m track rep..... was a tad painfull.. rested for a week and a bit and thank god it was fine again, i went out and trained today and it was fine but any really fast efforst and it goes stiff..

Alan, hi. I would get myself down to see Gemma at Benfleet Physio and get your Psoas, Illipsoas, Piriformis and Glutes pounded.....
I can assure you it will pay dividends......
