Friday the 13th, what could possibly go wrong.
Who fancies this flat 5 mile Friday nighter, if its anything like the half it wil be a great course. Having just looked at the course I think it is mostly the first loop of the Half Marathon course but in reverse. Which means it's very flat and fast.
Im in, any more takers?
Andy

Andy,
Would love to do that one but am away on holiday. Is there any more flat half milers coming up. Also, do you know of any flat half marathons, September onwards? |

Hi MM2
If you are looking for a fast Half Marathon course, consider this one.
http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/eve...vent.asp?sp=&v=2&EN=40117
It does have one big hill at the end, about 12.5 miles in. But you do run down hill through the town to start and the next 11 miles is pancake flat, all along the promenade to hythe and back. The hill I mention is not as big as essex way or vicarage, but it is pretty grim after running 12.5 miles.
But this was a P.B course for me before I ran Great Bentley.
Should be a good one for you!
See you up the club this week
