The Echo want a follow up piece on Kirste (there is a piece in today's Echo) so I am appealing to anyone going along to support our Kirste on Sunday to email me any photos so I can can send them to the Echo. They'd love a handover photo from the little known Denise Van Outen to our well known Kirste
Thanks guys.

Debbie, do you need any photos of me to try and attract the female readers? _________________ 'sometimes I am running so fast it appears that rocks and trees are standing still......' That's very thoughtful of you Mike but spare a thought for the younger readers might be too much of a shock to the system.
Don't want to underdo all this hard work in promoting our caring club now do I?? |

I heard Kirste being interviewed on the radio this morning - by Denise Van Outen I think.
Anyway, it made think about how, what with Grahams acheivements as well, how we're surrounded by remarkable people doing extraordinary things. |

Good to see Kirste in London today, with plenty of club support.
Shame about the number of police around her during the handover, but after seeing the news I can see why security was stepped up.
Photo's over to karl, so should be on the site soon. _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

Are there no hilly areas safe when Karl's on hols? Lake District last year and now Wales? Can't we find him and his family a nice beach holiday somewhere? _________________ The hills are alive........ |
