Next Session – Tuesday 1st April

British Summer time has officially begun and we are now training outdoors !

The following two weeks (1st and 8th April) we will be at

Castle Point Athletics Track, Waterside Farm Sports Centre, Somnes Avenue, CANVEY ISLAND, SS8 9RA.

Our meet time is still 6pm for an hour, but the session will cost £ 1.00 each (payable to Waterside)
We will be doing various running activities on the track, as well as relay practice, hurdles and timed distance and sprint runs. Please wear normal running shoes / trainers and outdoor clothing. Coat with a hood would also be recommended incase it rains.

We return to our outdoor training ground Benfleet Recreation Ground, Brook Road , Benfleet , Essex . SS7 1NA. on 15th April.
