NEXT OUTDOOR SESSION

Sport Relief 1 mile / 3mile / 6 mile

Saturday 15th March 11.30am

Benfleet Recreation Ground, Brook Road , Benfleet , Essex . SS7 1NA. This event is open to CLUB MEMBERS, FAMILIES, and FRIENDS only

We will be running a 1 mile loop around the field. £ 1.00 entry.

Next Indoor Session – Tuesday 18th March

We will be splitting the group into 4, so one can be out on the roads, two can be competing in relays, and the last one can be taking part in throwing/jumping events at the end of the hall. This will also give us a chance to offer coaching/technique advice to smaller groups.
