BENFLEET ONLINE TRAINING MAPS GO LIVE
Yes, you thought it couldn't happen....
Mikey has been busy beavering away plotting our Thursday club runs on the realbuzz website, which hosts the London marathon training map thingy.
These will be incorporated into the online diary entries, and each Thursday run will be officially numbered to use in the future.
Your challenge is to check the site before arriving at the club,so you know the route and can plan your run accordingly. This is so more people can take groups out, at different paces so everyone is running at their pace and everyone can become a running buddy.

Brilliant! Now this is why we have a caring and innovative Club... _________________ 'sometimes I am running so fast it appears that rocks and trees are standing still......' Great Stuff, no more looking at a map book saying, where is such and such road?
I can now do a virtual club run from the comfort of home. _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

Hmm...would suggest one for the training run.
Honestly, 0.4 of a mile and 95% still managed to go the wrong way, scooby doo tastic... |

Karl
Since the training route maps have been added to the calendar, I have noticed the descriptions are now cut off in my calendar app. Don't know if this is affecting everyone.
Can I suggest tweaking the calendars a bit so the maps can be clicked on as links. Maybe read the RFC too for some hints :-
