I was thinking of doing a photo dry run, at the marshals run.
Go to the start at Canvey Rugby club, jump in my car drive to Leigh & see if I can get through the Saturday Morning Traffic to wave you through before the first runners come through.
Has the start time been fixed yet? _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

Using the super online diary, I looked back to last January -
Saturday, January 27, 2007, 9:30am
So assume same time start - although a few people went off a lot earlier (which is illegal) |

Thanks Mike, but now that the winter vomiting virus has finally passed I don't think we want to do anything that may trigger another outbreak.
No offence. |

Everybody looked good at Mile 9. However, I may have to stop taking photos at the top of hills and making everyone run up them, when you want a quick walking break.
Hopefully the road off Canvey will be open tomorrow.
Photos off to Karl _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

A big Thankyou you to all that helped with the drink stations today. Much appreciated.
Im also very pleased that neither Ian or Lee were at the 2-3 mile mark with cameras. Where I decided to have a quick lie down on the sea wall, totally unplanned and now rather painful!!
For those running tomorrow the course was pretty good, just a small section with mud just before Leigh station. Should be a fast race if the wind drops tonight.
Good luck to all our runners tomorrow.

well done to everyone today. i had enough trouble trying to stay standing in that wind, so a huge well done to you all fighting through to do the course. I'm sure there will be a few achy legs by the morning, and hope your hands and legs get better Andy

| I was doing a 16 mile run (utilising some of the B15 course) on Saturday. We started at Leigh Station at 7.30am and did a round trip, taking in Benfleet Station - so it was probably us - you should have screamed abuse ! |
