Great run and good turnout from Benfleet

Big Phil and Andy F were there - completely mad in my opinion given the crazy run you all did last weekend

Phil had a couple of mates with him and it was their first race ever and were still smiling at the end - potential new members for BRC?

Bob, Steve and Peter were all in attendance and Sarah and I used it as a training run and had a lovely time bantering with the other runners and looking at all the big houses out in the countryside! Did someone say race?

Oh and great goody bags and chocolate milk and banana's at the end

Karl - where were you? Thought you were running too
