Anyone fancy an all night drinking session and watch Ricky Hatton batter Floyd Mayweather at silly o'clock Sunday am as warm up? I'm serious.
Er coach....I know I have two vehicles now but I may need a lift. |

No problem about a lift Graham, and as long as you finish in the top 10 I'll even bring you back as well !!
For those wanting to meet up and get a lift there, I suggest we meet at 9 am at Tarpots. Will get that announced at club tonight as well.
Pick you up about 8.55 am Graham. |

Good luck to all Benfleet runners in the 1st x-country league race. Sorry I won't be there myself but drinking to excess in Prague this weekend takes priority I'm afraid! |

Good luck all. Go for it Graham!!!
Would be there with you but my ankle is twice the size it should be and a funny green colour as the direct result of doing running drills! Would cheer but they have a dog ban there. _________________

well done everyone , looks like our ladies did us proud again.
id just like to apologise to any of our ladies (or blokes) ,certainly charlotte was one of them who were running near me. i was running with our leaders pack when my calf started playing up (again). and although it was frustrating there was probably no need for the language i probably came out with. Sorry. _________________ http://www.dtsm.co.uk |
