So, I picked up a copy of his book Ultramarathon Man..... I've only read a bit of it but it's fantastic, totaly unbelievable what the human body can do.

Steff , this is a great book it certainly proves you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it! Love the fact that he runs for so long he has a pizza delivery come to him during the run!!Enjoy.. |

Thats the bit I've just read!
How the hell can you eat pizza while running?
I get in a mess just sitting still!
I think my curiosity into the world of ultra running is getting stronger, I started doing longer Sunday runs about a month ago for FLM 08 and my average distance for midweek runs is now 10 miles! Thanks to my car not working!
A way to go yet but the mileage is creeping up!!!!

Read War and Peace in a day once.
Started to realise that I was reading my life away so gave up reading to follow other pursuits. |
