After the race:..........Nearest Pub?
Hopefully the CCMA has got my number. Looking forward to this race as it is on the seafront, where I did the majority of my training for London this year. Not ever having run anything prior to starting in August 2006, when I got out of breath after 1 minute.
Good luck to those who run this race too.
Regards

| normal meeting place was at the lefthand end of the stands - but now the stand isn't there any more, just assume where it used to be and head for the group of red and white. |

I'll be there, considering i've not done enough long runs and won't be as fast as i'd like LMAO So it'll just be a run along the sea front _________________ I'll put something interesting here when i've thought of something, in the meantime heres some music. |

Karl
Old Stand has been replaced by new smaller stand
( Closer to football pitch )
Last year, we meet at the LH end of this new stand
Tradition ........ You can't beat it !!!

| I will now be in Wales on the day of this race, I have a spare number if anyone would care to take my place as there are no entries on the day.No pressure you just have to beat Meady!!! Let me know otherwise it can join MM1 s pristine Benfleet 15 number and keep it company....All the best to everyone else racing on the day. |
