Why is it when runners stop talking about running they talk about injuries.
Ever realised how boring we are.
Have had compartment syndrome of the chronic nature too MM1 my sympathies are with yuo and your compartment.  _________________

Mark, many thanks - have been foam rollering for some time now - and a rolling pin.
