Found this today almost by accident.
Basically pruhealth or similar are offering cheap gym membership through their health insurance.
The way it seems to work is that if you take out health insurance at circa 25 quid a month you get gym membership for free or therefore gym membership for £25 a month. By the looks of it this means potentially you could be a Virgin Active Member and save your joining fee and probably about 5-10 a month.
To get the best discount you have to swipe in at least twice a week - Im a hopeless gym member as Ill go once for bodypump and thatll be it but for those who use it more or are prepared to swipe in and leave or catch up on swipes it sounds good.

I had a go and it seems to show that Id pay£40 a month membership at Virgin which without the joining fee etc is probably better than they offer. But I couldnt check completly as the quote system didnt like my email address, or my other email or jezs email.

Well done Lucy. I think this website is brilliant.
Always one for geting one-up on the banks and establishment is our Martin.

But, having said that Kevin's circuit training is only going to be £ 3 a week.......
