Start Bridge 99 Bletchley


running along GUC for 20 miles, Approx 8.1/2 - 9min/mile pace.

finish Bridge 141 ish Berkhamstead.

The pace is just too slow Karl for us Nancy Boys, run it at 6 - 7 min/mile pace and i might consider it faroah

our normal 7.30am Belton Way sunday run is replacing it !

sorry, but when I found out that running 9 min/miles was so criminal I just couldn't go through with it until I had got our group down to 7 min/mile proper pace....
