|

As a lot of stuff (or nonsense) gets posted, once you log in you really need to go to the latest (newest) posts first...
After you have logged in click "view posts since last visit - as per below:
OR set-up a link shortcut like this (ie. cut-and-paste)
http://benfleetrunningclub.myfast...org/search.php?search_id=newposts
which takes me to the "new posts since my last visit" page.
If you haven't logged in, then it will prompt you to do first.
(obviously if you are not doing this already, then this NEW post won't get flagged and you won't even find it so I might have been wasting my time..)

It's not Big .... & it's not Clever
( or interesting in most cases )
Thanks for the info Karl
On my forum the swirly things change colour if there’s a new post
So when I log on, I just flick though the yellow swirls
Hence I found this
Mind you only works if you log in
So need to set up the automatic login option |

Mikey,
Havent you got other things to finish off before moaning about being big and clever? MT springs to mind.
Let me ask this too. As long as someone, ie: me, gets an official time for a race, then it counts? Why not the crown to crown? Does the Basildon summer series 5k count? |

MM2 - i see your ploy in posting additional questions about the MT in a vain attempt to increase your standings in the "frequent poster" league table on the forum....b'std.
Anyway, I refer you m'lud to the details of the merit table, found here
http://www.benfleetrunningclub.com/merit.table.htm#bit
which does state that official "measured" races count. I think the CrowntoCrown is over rough terrain, and as such is not an accurate measured course. |

Fearing I might Hijack this post, I feel tempted not to answer this
However :
Crown to crown doesn’t count because its an “Off Road” race
Therefore notoriously difficult to measure, so will not be certified as being accurate.
It follows that any times recorded can’t be classed as official ……… Sorry
Will look into the summer 5k series for you

Mikey,
Thanks for that. I fear that it may not count after all as its on a trail. Undulating and hilly also dont appeal to me
Maybe this will do instead?

Gloucester Park, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon Distance: 5km
Surface: Trail
Route: 1 lap
Setting: Park

Buger, now i just type all that, I see its trail too. |
