Top effort for qualifying Graham, I'd genuinely love to do it. Just my kind of terrain - dead flat (unlike Ballbuster, hmmm ) but watch out for them bull sharks nibbling yer toes! |

Mike, did you follow a particular training regime? I did only one duathlon last year based on a tri schedule and my legs were completely trashed on the 2nd run.
I've read it's a killer |

Clarkey where have you been !!!!!!!!!!n congrats on ROTH ! GREAT TIME !!!
ive completed ballbuster three times and yes it is a killer but a man of your calibre would have no probs !! its always minus degrees at the start ( regardless of the weather anywhere else ) the course is usually covered in wel leaves ( great when you hacking down hills at 30 mph ) and the roads are not traffic free !!!!! but as loNg as you save some legs for the second run your okay !!! twist my arm and i might dust the bike down !! as by november i will be hacked off with ultras ! |

Cheers mate, Roth was simply superb. If you're thinking of going long again I coudn't recommend this event enough. The swims a bit crap - but the bike was a 112 miles of aero heaven.
I think my 'blog' is going in the next edition of the run - so I'll spare boring you with the detail.
Anyway Mr Jackets, I hear of you in dispatches and all I can say is you're a running god.
Good luck this weekend, oh and I hope the job's working out ok.
Keep in touch Gaz
