haven't done this for a while, but I am prone to it.
Normally a nice cool-down run off the Downs sees me twist over on my ankle.
This is what it does to you...
and it bloody hurts instantly !!
Always ice as soon as possible and keep strapped..until you do it again the following month....!

What exactly is the 'kiss of death'?
Is it on page 73 of Kama Sutra? (according to Pat M) |
