| Great stuff there, Bet you didnt get me at the finish. hahaha. For your info i came in just under 75 minutes, which i was happy with as i wanted to be under 90 minutes. Joy oh Joy. Roast dinner awaits. Yummy stuff |

blimey that was quick lee , sorry if i got in your way whilst i was warming up think i must have run infront of you4-5 times !
sending my pics to karl now but the mrs missed loads of us in the 5k especially the quicker ones .
well done mike , were you running in benfleet kit ? i did take a few of the 10k
