Well only a few weeks to go and my First Marathon in 24 Years, hope my Body Lasts?

Hope it's not Too Sunny? Well it is Scotland so wife bought me some Sun Lotion!

Lee , enjoy its a great race , did it last year and it was the hotest day recorded in may, 80 odd degrees !  |

I have every confidence that you'll flow round the Edinburgh course like Guinness in a glass (by that I mean smoothly not slowly ).

In Airport getting Pissed while awaiting my flight!!!!!!
Bob done well..4.27 done good....Very Windy from 8 to 16 right in your face...
My Curry awaits tonight...
