I AM SUNNING MYSELF IN MENORCA AND SITTING IN AN INTERNET CAFE OVERLOOKING THE BEACH...SORRY.
NORMAL SERVICE WILL BE RESUMED LATE NEXT WEEK WHEN I AM BACK AND ALL PINKY AND PEELING.
MIGHT GET A RUN IN ALONG THE BEACH BUT ITīS TOO HOT AT THE MOMENT.
HAVE FUN AT THE RACES AT THE WEEKEND.
WOT MORE COLD BEER...OK THEN IF I MUST

thanks mike - left the shorts in blighty, incase they were needed by the running club.
Sunburn starting to hurt now, and the cooler pool looks inviting..!!
