1.Train more than twice a week
2.Not 2 put 2 much effort into X-C
3. Let specific runners beat me in some races 2 enable them 2 gain a false superiority complex.
4 Talk longer during my speech's on club nites
5.Single out poor performers, highlighting good performers gets boring. Smile

I don't NY Resolutions but this is the 2007 training plan

1) Keep the distance work going
2) Hit the hills more
3) More bike work
4) More swimming
5) Get the speed back
6) Get the race head back on
7) Grow longer legs to increase the stride

OK so the last one may be a little difficult Smile

1. Remember the Green Cross Code.
2. Start jogging again, as soon as this 'man flu' is gone.
3. Complete the LFM 2007 in under 4 hrs.
4. Stop setting impossible goals.
5. Have a friendly greeting and smile for the asbo gang that are walking 5 abreast along the footpath.
6. Go gentle on my first race back.

Cheers,

John.

1) Think of some new malibu cocktail recipes
2) Travel to some exotic location
3) Graduate from university
4) Buy new trainers more often to prevent injuries
5) stretch more
6) Beat some pb's as old as 7 years!
7) Don't obsess with mileage

Smile

Mike, on the 27th of December my favourite band played two sets in London, they had an indoor snow machine, started pillow fights, the front man split his head open 20 seconds into the first song and did the rest of the first set blinded by the blood in his eyes, I did so many stagedives I lost count and it was the best gig I have ever ever been to!

Check it out..............

Wow Steffan, Hannah did a good job. It took a long time to download 38meg. I must remember to ask Karl how much electricity that used up.

It reminded me of seeing the Damned and the Adverts back in Uni days when I had long hair and a trench coat but the punk era was happening.

I was trying to spot you surfing - the snow affects were brilliant.

The lead singer reminded me of someone - I enjoyed his spraying beer from his mouth onto the crowd. And he had certainly eaten a few pies. Buster Blood vessel...

Who are they? Is it likely that we will be on with Kylie? Many thanks
