I am thinking of booking the track at Chelmsford for a Junior Training Session,
and as the cost is to hire the whole track for our sole use I thought it would make sense to open it up to the Adult Club.

Please let me know if you are interested in doing an hour's track session on 19th December 10am - 11am.
We can car-share where appropriate.

It would work out about £ 3.00 each
(the more attending will obviously bring the cost down)

Just a reminder we would like a good turn-out for this event - Juniors and Adults.

Chelmsford Track is a great surface to train/race on. Come along and maybe post your first 400m, 800m, or 1500m time aswell.
Unless you fancy a 100m sprint ?

As we are assuming the Track at Chelmsford will still be under snow/ice and getting there will be too dangerous we feel it is best to postpone this training session.
