UK Half Ironman 2010 - 20th June 2010

Only a few days left to enter this challenging event :

IRONMAN UK is pleased to announce that as of Monday 26th October there are 1400 Competitors entered into the 2010 UK IRONMAN 70.3 event! This event has already surpassed the initial 1250 race slots that were available!

Due to this overwhelming demand for 2010 race places, the UK IRONMAN 70.3 organisers have logistically managed to increase the entries numbers by a further 200 race slots. 100 will be allocated to Rotary charity entrants and 100 will be allocated to general entrants . On this basis entries will remain open for just another week.

GENERAL ENTRIES will close on 1st November at 23:59 hrs!

After this date there will be NO MORE GENERAL ENTRIES.

There will be NO WAITING LIST in operation for the 2010 event.

After this date the ROTARY ENTRIES will remain open until all 100 slots are filled.

So in short, if you want to race the 2010 UK IRONMAN 70.3 as a general entry, then you have until midnight on November 1st to enter.

After November 1st, the only way to enter the race will be as a Rotary entrant, more details of which can be found on the event website at www.ironmanuk.com.

UK Half Ironman Accommodation

If you're interested in getting accommodation for this event, then I'll be organizing a cottage to rent for the weekend
