Hiya, planning first track session on 26th July 7.30am start.

(I know this clashes with Harlow 10, but hey, got to start somewhere)

All non-fast boys, beginners and marathon runners welcome !

Type: Synthetic, 400m, 6 lanes, 8 lane straight

(I believe it is only 396m, just in case you check !)
