Bobby will be running at 8.30 am on Sunday from John Burrows.
Approx 8 miles at 10 min mile pace.
Anybody is welcome to join her.
There are always opportunities for a shorter run should you need it.

You certainly don't find Karl (who is doing a 10 mile training run on sunday morning at 7.30am starting at the top of Belton Way, 9 minute mile pace) blatantly advertising for people to go along...
JBD will be running round to the corner shop at around 9.30am if anyone wants to join me.... |

In calling this thread: Bobby's Sunday Runs.....
I thought Mikey was making a cruel reference to the incident mentioned in MM2's thread:
However, we were being discreet, as we noticed Bobby disappear off the track for a while, so being true Gents, we hung back thus enabling her to retain her modesty
Bobbi, We love you!!

Hi Mike,
Karl has clearly lost confidence with Hockley Woods after us getting lost so quickly last week, hence the sea front route advertised...probably try and do that one so I'm back nice and early to do my usual day of playing power rangers, doctor who villains, world cup and wimbledon final re-enactments and splash bomb water sliding....the running is the easy part of my day !
Have fun, maybe join you next time we do the woods... |

?????????!!!!
Well I was wearing my green vest, and I did cross over a few people running round about Scrub Lane near John Burrows, but I didn't see you Bobby....I feel bad if I blanked you !
My face was green ? Bright red I can believe....!
Did a lovely leisurely jog with my brother in law and got us lost in Belfairs Woods....poor bloke only wanted just over 5, ended up doing 7.5 !
Happy Sunday running everyone ! |

Hi Bobby,
May I suggest meeting on Belton Way for a meet point as it's free parking ... the station carpark is pay&display and will set you back £2
(I save the carpark as a special treat for Karl's Benfleet 15 reruns as I can't make it back up the hill!!)
... hope I haven't confused matters as I'll probably be doing the cross country anyway!!
Mike. |

Yep £2 on a Sunday.
I think you can get away with it if starting early and back by 9:00 but otherwise £2.
Parking available along the left hand side (going up) of Belton Way. |

Well done Bobby, I will add it into the diary.
We are doing a run 1st Jan morning 8am, along the seafront and a detour down the pier to the end (bring change) and back. Probably 8 miles ish. If you can't/don't want to do it all just meet us at the pier and do the second half. Up to you.
HAPPY NEW YEAR ! |

Hi,
I'm down for 13 on Sunday so I'll be running from home (80 Woodham Park Drive SS7 5EP) to Waterside to make up the extra three miles(ish).
It's just over the rec from club with plenty of room to park.
If anyone wants to join me I'll leave at 8:10.
regards

| Well done to all who came along this Sunday you all appeared to do well and also enjoy yourselves, I must be getting too soft. It was good to see that we beat Karl's group to the top of Belton Way. This week will be again at John Burrow's, doing the same route so you will know what to expect. See you there. |
