7am ??? Leave it out !
Even men of steel need a bit of a lie in one day a week.....are they doing it in perhaps two loops whereby lazy tykes like my good self can get there at say 8am and do 6/7 miles ahead of a busy day of outlaw entertaining and tennis ?
I can only hope.....

7am is for real men !
I am only doing 6 miles (1 hour loop) so assume Ernie will bring us back to the carpark about 8am for the wimps to tag along. No offence. |

So you'll be toddling off home after your 6 mile jaunt leaving the 8am "wimps" to tag along for the remaining 9 miles......ha !
Sounds like a better plan than mine actually...... _________________ Beware of the Albatross |

Good stuff...well, hopeful of getting there, 7am really really early though.
Did the Chelmsford Race for Business course today...got a bit lost and ended up doing about 7 miles after tracking back over where I'd gone wrong, gave the hamstring a bit of overstretching too....all for the purpose of working out how far this 3.5 mile race is.
It's 3.23 miles approx - maybe plus 0.1 if I took the wrong gate at Rainsford Road. Did it in a combined time of about 25.30 without running at full pelt, which was blooming good considering I did it in 28.17 last year prior to joining the club. What a top decision that was.... _________________ Beware of the Albatross |
