Hello and Happy Easter !

Next Session – Tuesday 25th March

This will be our last INDOOR SESSION.

The following two weeks (1st April and 8th April) will be at Castle Point Athletics Track, Waterside Farm Sports Centre, Somnes Avenue,

Our meet time is still 6pm for an hour, but the session will cost £ 1.00 each (payable to Waterside)
We will be doing various running activities on the track, as well as relay practice, hurdles and timed distance and sprint runs. Please wear normal running shoes / trainers and outdoor clothing. Coat with a hood would also be recommended incase it rains.
