Talking to my boss during last week about his kids swimming lessons and it turns out they've been going to a new place in Rochford square that has an endless pool and all the video gear.
I appreciate this may be old news but I thought I'd post the link what with it being local and all.
I may invest in a few hours of coaching to hone the old front crawl ... although the thought of an endless pool terrifies me nearly as much as the thought of being in a big lake where I can't see the bottom!

Pretty amazing though ... nine or ten year olds having their lessons in an endless pool .. I was mad on swimming at that age .. what a laugh would an endless pool have been.

Hi.

I just wanted to post a reply to this to sing the praises of the girls at Try n swimwell.

With the endless pool and video cameras they brake your stroke down into small drills to help improve your stroke and the video analysis of burnt to Dvd so you can refer to later.

And even though i am still a cr%p swimmer i am loads better than i was.( i have taken 8 strokes of my 25m in 2 sessions).

Don't worry i do not get commission.
