didnt see you andy cant say i blame you the drive up their wasnt nice and i was cold when warming up (sic) but the weather cleared up just in time for the start and it ended up being perfect conditions. saw 2 ladies one of which i think is julia ? and another bloke in a hat (bob?)
really chuffed with my own run , finnishing 6th in 29:39 and smashing my pb by 1 min19 id hoped to match it or get close but really didnt expect to be running that fast and feeling so zippy.

Good run David, bet you are well happy with that pb.
I decided not to run this in the end, Tiptree runners put on a 17 mile trail run, being that I am doing the north downs 30k next week. I thought it would be a good training run, it was a little wet and slippy in place though.
Dont think Bob ran either, so not sure who was there.

Thanks for your support at our Tilty race as usual .. The Ladies team were 2nd and the men 8th. A special mention to Julia Palmer who has been in the top 2 Ladies every year ... 2nd in 2006, 2nd in 2007, 1st in 2008 and 2nd this year. Well done and thank you.

Thank you for the post with the results. When will the full results be posted on your website as I don't know who our other runners were, and who the other ladies were in the team that finished 2nd?
Well done to all who ran especially Dave on an amazing run and terrific PB on not the easiest of courses and to Julia on another top 3 finish.
