I did the Three Peak Challenge as a walk for my company charity RMCH in September this year. I cannot believe people can run this!!! I was shattered by the walk. Though maybe getting lost and walking an extra few miles wasn't too clever.
Hmmmm.... tempted though. |

The race entry is now full!!!!!
They put the prices up (from 7 to 20 pounds), made the route a set course (have to follow flagged paths) for the World Mountain Champs and it sells out!!! Madness. Steve, it's a great race. A bit tame compared to the Lake District races as most of it's on paths. But the camaraderie, views and climb straight up Whernside just made me feel alive. Was much easier to run than the London Marathon. Go and get some qualifying fell runs done next year and give it a go in 2009!

Damn, I really wanted to do this one. Oh well, back to my running quicker than 10 minute miling campaign. |
