The stranger returnsHi all i'm still a habitant of Planet Earth.
Really had severe mojo problem, i put it down to Post-marathonitis/christmas/new job - really finding the night work tired me out more than i expected
Anyhow have turned a corner joined the gym too. And back running Woohoo.
And have booked myself into this months Hyde Park 5k LFOTM.
