Sunday 20th SeptemberNot an official trail run just something I have put together.
Paper Lock Mill tea rooms on the river Chelmer Little Baddow, North Hill is the starting point.
Distances 5, 10, and approx 15 for the more adventurous all similar to the Essex Way terrain.
Trails previously raced earlier on in the year by myself and other Benfleet runners so proven route descriptions. I will give out routes at start to runners.
Suggest we meet at Battlesbridge " The Barge" car park at 9.15am and leave 9.30am prompt for a 10.00am start or you can meet us there up to you.
There are no changing facilities, toilets may be open at the Tea rooms.
No race conditions (nobody doing times)
By the time you finnish the, tea room may be open for refreshments (non alcohol).
Give it a go, good X country training.
