Well done everyone.

(must admit I was still in bed when you all started !)

Hope it went well.

had other plans for today but did run through the downs yesterday , joining just after the station and then running the 2nd part of the xc course. was pretty muddy in 1 or 2 places and my road shoes (suacony jazz , supposed to be grippy)didnt grip at all.
but on the whole quite runnable

Ran the course this morning, most of the course was ok. The worst part was the section of the downs just before Leigh Station Crying or Very sad , absolutely no grip at all ( nearly went A#!+ over T#T a couple of times). Sea wall out and back was ok, can make good time up on these sections Wink .
All the best to all running tomorrow and thanks to all the guys that manned the water stations etc this morning.

told him not to fall over just as he passed me just after 14 miles. someone did though just in fornt of me , the poor sod was so intent on posing for the camera he tripped and fell , the last i saw he was limping off !

well done to everyone that took part , taken tonnes of photos that im bombarding karls email with now. everyone looked surprisingly happy. maybe ill have a go at it next year

also well done to the benfleet cocky (cocker spaniel) did it run the whole race ?
Stress Head

Big well done to everyone who ran & marshalled today - the weather wasn't as kind as yesterday - even if the mud had dried out a bit!!

Thanks to the back-up crew yesterday, Graham, I've never been so happy to see a man carrying a tin of chocolates!!
