Recognising People by the Walk/Run

Hmm. Face is familiar. Smart and well dressed. Glasses. Must be someone from work.

Walk round the shop a bit casually thinking who it may be.......

Get to the checkout. I know that face. BUT WHERE????

Look at the back as they walk away. THAT WALK!!! The foot kicking out!!!! It's him/her* from the running club in civvies!!! That's who they are.

Now what's their name.......

Haha

When i'm out and meet some people and they say hello they know me but i can't place them. But the dog they are walking i recognise who i often see on some of my training runs.

And the foot action reminded me i did the LFOTM on friday i treated it as a training run ran with a RW forumite nice easy run for me (getting over a bad cold) she works in a running shop and how often do you look at someones running style when running they were in the wrong shoes.

It was like look at her look at him

I have noticed my right foot flaring out when I stand and rotating out when running..getting worse recently. I didn't tie this into the Piriformis syndrome I had been experiencing (pain in butt). But Gemma at Benfleet Physio did.......after some trigger point work on Saturday the foot is straighter and my pert buttocks less painful................

I've been suffering some piriformis issues recently too.  Don't know whether it's been causing me some back/shoulder problems or the other way round.  It's getting better, but just not quick enough.

I could have been recognised by my movement today.  The DOMS monster hit me big time while at lunch and I nearly collapsed on the floor as the quads went on strike.  Fortunately, I avoided a scene......just!! blackeye

MM1, any more of this and I will have to censor the words Buttocks, and Pert being used in the same thread..
