Ladies....As I wont be running the Paddock wood half marathon due to birthday celebrations my number is available to anyone that wants it.

I havent yet paid for it so you wont need to pay me, you'll need to pay BRC.

email me if you would like it, failing that I should be at club on thursday..I will bring the number with me. If you want it and arent able to come to club on thursday, Kirste will bring the number to Paddock Wood on Sunday.

I second that so well done guys, a big well done to Karen who got two PB's within 8 days. Thanks to Steve & Phil for their support at the end as I was struggling & well appreciated.

Great running people, I'm still trying to find the ladies team position but us men got 4th place! So close yet so far!

Thank you Steff. Well done guys as you say so near but yet so far. And that Brian Lunt is really flying (well done Steve Drum it was you wasn't it? and did you win a VET's prize for Brian?).

And thanks for your support near the finish Steff it helped spur me on to my fastest mile of the race - it was either that or the thought the loo wasn't far away!!

Well done to everyone who got a PB and it was nice to see another good turn out for Benfleet.
