During the half-term week we will be running our normal training session on the track at Waterside Farm Sports Centre. Our meet time is still 6pm for an hour, but the session will cost £ 1.00 each (payable to Waterside)
We will be doing various running activities on the track, as well as relay practice, hurdles and timed distance and sprint runs.
Please wear normal running shoes / trainers and outdoor clothing. Coat with a hood would also be recommended incase it rains.
