October in Scotland, temperature usually around 5 or 6 degrees colder than here in Essex!
Make sure you pack your nipple cream Lee.
Let's face it if the weather is kind it won't go to waste. I am sure it will come in handy for the after party when you and Dean hit the Highland capital. The burdz are fierce, especially the ginger ones, but god help them with Hipperson in town.
Sharing a room with Dean?
Nae sleep for you mate and be careful your glasses don't steam up!

Excellent stuff, they did get great weather compared to here, and fair play to them too, a marathon in october in scotland....risky !
Deano.....legend....if i'm right, 7 mins off pb, which is 13/14 seconds a mile....
Well done everyone....hands up who stayed indoors and did nothing but watch running and football, and play computer games today ????
Oh, just me ? Good work everyone else !

Who texted that info Karl? I finished 4:31!
This was a miracle considering the Saturday morning 7:30 fry-up, no coffee, just a pint of stella and a brandy chaser! This was swiftly followed by lunch and a couple of beers before checking in at the Expo. Lee and Dean went on to meet big Phil(oh Dear) and had a few more beers.
A wet start but the sun came out before the coaches dropped us 26 miles away at the start. Who said this was a flat race along the edge of the Loch?? Big Phil forgot to mention a few serious undulations. At times it was as hard to go down as it was up.
Dean ran an absolute blinder- he is on such a high, God help the girls in Inverness. He has found the secret to fast running -forget your celery and T-total- eat a family pack of Walkers sensations and a mars bar in bed the night before you run in the morning. I am fully subscibing to this.
What do you reckon MM2?
Well done fellas we did the running club proud!
Karl , please note the time of this reply I am home in Essex. I cannot be held accountable for the others in the after party in Inverness tonight.

Well we are back and what a weekend!!
Like Bob said, so much for a flat course, very underlating Steep hill at 4m and one long hill at 17 till 18.5m!! But fantastic scenery and then on to the Night Life
But am under strict orders not to reveal what went on, my Lips are sealed!
|
Lee O
|
I wont Reveal what happened to Deans Kebab!! Especially when we were selected for a bag search!!!!!
And in front of me and Dean on plane home was non other than Prince Michael Of kent, but did not help much with Dean Farting most of the Way!!!
