Really didn't expect a pb today at all so am very shocked! Have to say a big thank you to all the support especially from the runners going the other way, so sorry I didn't have the energy to respond!
Everyone seemed to do really well, I know my sis did a pb and Mum was battling with Bobby all the way! A good day at the races!!

I did something in the region of 58:12. Garmin Battery died on me just before the start so had one of those unusual runs no watch, no HRM ran on feel and desire.
And considering i've not run that far in months i'm happy and not much of that in recent weeks, not a pb, but definitely not a pw

Sorry i didn't stick around me and a rw forumite went and had fish and chips on the seafront cheese

You may not have been part of the winning team Stacey but you set the standard for the other girls to aspire to so you have, in your own way, helped them to the 1st prize....although you still don't get any wine drunken

Well done Stace awesome as ever, well done ladies team too it was worth staying for ever to see them sort out the team prize in the end and see us pip Thurrock by 2 points!!

I'd just like to say from a personal point of view well done Andy and I was glad we helped each other to the finish - excellent PB Andy. You are a true gent pushing me to sprint to the finish so I could finish just in front of you, true team spirit, thanks a million and really well done.

Loads of amazing PB's today WELL DONE BENFLEET !! cheers

P.S. Hey Lee how come you missed Andy and I in your photos??!! Were we sprinting too fast??!!

What a good day had by all, shame I couldn't hang around at the end to catch up with everyone but I had to shoot off. I love the fact that there were so many PB's to be had..

I have to say that it was more like you dragging me along to a pb for the last 2k. That was greatly appreciated, you passed me as I was begining to tire at about 8k. I think I may have blown it without you.
Its all Grahams fault for pushing me to hard playing childish games at Saturdays Children in athletics coaching course, hope the hand is better Graham after our collision with the wall.

Lee, think you will have to invest in one of those special cameras that can take thousands of frames a second. You may then be able to take Photos of some of Benfleets finest, without blurs.

Well done to Stacey and the Ladies team, great stuff.
