Many thanks to Mike Moreton for the bag of assorted biscuits tonight. I feel that the crime has now been expunged.

However, Mikey and the Benfleet 15 Race issue and the missing out of my birthday cake still are seething causes of pain.

Until these are expunged the club cannot be viewed as a 'caring one.' Only a 'caring one-my arse!'

It was a pleasure to finally meet you. Also to meet all the others too. I enjoyed the run through the woods, even though I only managed half. My back was starting to hurt a little. Could that be the hills/slopes?

Thanks also to Ken who led our little group of 7 too.
