c'mon guys - info please !
Stevie

Sorry David, ive only just seen your post.
These sessions tend to be effort sessions flat/hills in the woods around by the Bluebell 5 course (near little havens along Daws Heath Road).
They are similar to the other efforts we do in the evening but off road which is soo much better.
They vary each week from distance but usually consist of 8 efforts.
Ian Pike holds the session so its proberly worth having a word with him at the club for more info and he can let you know what sessions are coming up, unless he reads this and might be able to explain in more detail about these sessions here as I've only been to a couple.
Defiantly worth giving a try though Smile

cheers steve and karl i do intend to come along to these as i get better its not always so easy to do the club nights (especially this tuesday where liverpool are playing some low ranking team)
and i live about a mile from the bluebell woods , just wanted to know especially for this week as im just coming back from injury and didnt want to do too much , so i decided to do intervals on church hill instead !
david thomson

ill probably be there this week all being well

just to let people know we went over hadleigh downs for this one and did 4 reps of 1200m (for me but the faster runners did aprox 1300m) over a hilly course with 3min 30 recoveries which included doing some plyometrics. what i really enjoyed was how it was staggered so that although i was the slowest bloke i still came in 2nd or 3rd. sort of session everyone should be doing.

would be really helpfull if more info could be put up on these sessions before hand though.

well done David.

I need to pester the peeps organising these sessions to let me know before hand, and I will post the session details for everyone to see.

cheers.
