Bloody hell Graham I hope you are both knackered or I fear Gail Ernie and I will be on our own tomorrow!
What times did you both do then?
Brilliant, well done both of you. I'll bring my camera tomorrow and get a pic of you and Col.

Hey that is really funny Graham I was wondering if you had been doing secret training to beat the old guy as you went off alone on Thursday! And I remember saying to Col wasn't he worried he'd get lost at Frinton when he was in 1st place and he gave me that look you give to a stupid child and pointed out that it was rather difficult to get lost when you are following the lead car with a great big clock on it! Ha ha think I might be getting the laugh this time!
Come to think of it Colin has a habit of passing me a minimum of twice on every training run having taken the very scenic route and probably covering twice the distance! Clearly navigationally challenged our Colin.
I would like to point out that I did drag Colin round in training on the Badger run last year. Okay so he was recovering from his injury but these moments need to be recorded for posterity Graham much like your crossing the finish line in front of him.
Still want the pic tomorrow and a banner for you to hold saying "I beat Colin".
Revenge for him telling me I could have walked quicker on Thursday's training run!!!
WELL DONE GUYS - AWESOME RUNNING. And an amusing slant to the Echo piece. :blackeye:

Poor Col, he'll be fuming! That lovely hill in Rayleigh went by all the quicker last night with Colin's stories of the missing marshals and his scenic run around Newham. I'd have that second place trophy off Colin if I were you Graham. :blackeye:
