Hat's off to Andy Kennedy. Who took 4th place in Wednesdays trail race at Woodham mortimer, with over 70 entrants that is a fantastic run. Only 1 min 42 secs behind the winner, excellent stuff mate. approx 7 min mileing while reading route description, crossing stiles, opening gates etc and running off road.
