Little Havens Duathlon - 5 / 4 / 09Little Havens will be holding their second Little Havens Duathlon event in Gloucester Park, Basildon.
Race Start : 10 am
The event is open to all abilities from novices to the elite athlete and consists of a 4k run, 10k off road bike ride followed by another 4k run.
This will be a fantastic training event for the aspiring Duathlete and Triathlete or for the whole family to take part in together all whilst raising vital funds for Little Havens Children’s Hospice.
There will be a medal for everyone who takes part and finishes the course and trophies for the top finishers.
