Okay so Graham's set the standard. Now that Roger Buxton has left BBC Essex it seems the only chance of a mention on the radio is if you are World class.  Managed to get Graham a mention twice on Ben Fryer's sports report today.  bounce

However such trivia as winning ladies team prizes and vets trophies in local races is not good enough now Sad

So thanks Graham for being so bloody brilliant  cheers

And to all of us mere mortals  here's the message - get up to World standard or there's no press coverage for you  cyclops

Good luck Graham have a good one and let us know how you get on  bounce  bounce

Just heard from Graham, sounds like he had a tough one. Very choppy and windy on the swim. But said he had a good bike and run finished in approx 7.5 hours.

Excellent stuff mate!
