I'm LeavingYes i'm leaving this message not in the right place i.e the essex way relay link because some people who have not volunteered to run a leg for our beloved club will avoid the link hence my request popping up here.
We need only a handful of both men & women runners 2 enable us provide a number of teams.
It is a chance to run off road & enjoy the countryside without the mud & be part of the good ole Benfleet team spirit.
So don't be one of those saddos who says maybe next year now is the chance 2 grab a place & become part of Benfleet folklore.
And if u can complete the course then u have one over me as I have done it twice & got lost twice.
So u can speak 2 Ian/myself or leave a message here on the forum stating u want 2 be part of the action, u won't regret it.
